It’s very common for women to assume their pelvic floor is underactive (loose) when it is weak. However, it’s often caused by the opposite…an overactive, tight pelvic floor!
Try clenching your glutes every once in a while throughout your day.
Can you clench them?
If you have a hard time clenching them, they might have already been clenched! This is a great way to find out if your pelvic floor is overactive.
